Hehe...thank you! It really is amazingly tasty, even if the ingredients are so simple. (not saying it to praise myself, as I got the recipe from a book!)You can also cook the pasta directly in the pan (like in this other recipe: http://www.letsspicethingsup.blogspot.it/2011/06/penne-patate-e-prosciutto.html ): it takes a looong time to get it cooked and you have to be careful not to add too much salt, but when you serve it...it's worth it! The potatoes gives the pasta a creamy feeling that it's totally mouthwatering. ^^I wish you a great New Year too! (it's a bit too late for Christmas wishes, but I still hope it was a fun day!! ^^)
